Our company has a branch whose main responsibility is MVP creation. It works in two directions: the first is to test various marketing hypotheses to determine product-market fit. The second is to try new technologies and approaches internally and later apply them to the service company. We created Floro, a simple and functional application for Android and iOS, as an easy and mobile gardening buddy. This is entirely our own product, and we cover the entire SDLC for it. We implemented this idea from scratch to make the Floro app user-friendly, useful, and competitive.

This application was built from scratch using the latest technologies and software development practices to ensure optimal performance, robustness, and scalability. We also made sure that the interface is attractive and the functionality is intuitive. A simple and responsive UI/UX design sets the app apart from others. Additionally, we devised and implemented the most suitable business model and pricing strategy for the application. Thanks to our efforts, we created an application with the following useful features: Identifies plants from photos and provides basic care advice. Diagnoses plant diseases or indicates that the plant is healthy if everything is okay. Allows users to gather their plant collection in one place.
