GeniArt is an AI-powered iOS application that allows users to generate emotionally resonant images and videos—such as hugs, kisses, dances, and digital portraits—through seamless integration with multiple generative AI services. Acting as a full-cycle technical partner, we built and scaled the entire ecosystem, from MVP to monetization.
We owned the entire product lifecycle—from iOS app development to backend infrastructure and ML service orchestration. Using Swift/SwiftUI, we created a fast, elegant user experience. On the backend, we integrated Python/Django with Redis, Celery, and PostgreSQL to support stable, asynchronous generation flows. With custom analytics dashboards, observability tools, and A/B testing pipelines, we fine-tuned onboarding and monetization in real-time. The platform scales across AWS ECS and leverages third-party AI tools like MidJourney, StableDiffusion, and DALL·E while dynamically routing to manage latency and cost. An internal admin panel supports manual content overrides and operational control.
